New Waverly Fire Department

The New Waverly Fire Department (Otherwise known as the Miami Township Volunteer Fire Department) is a combination volunteer/paid fire department established in 1943. We have grown to 3 stations. Station 1 is located in the small town of New Waverly Indiana. Station 2 is on Logansport Road at 875e. Station 3, also known as Cass County Fire District 1, is staffed 24/7, and located at 1444 Holland st, in Logansport. The Department covers Miami, Clay, Eel, Noble and Tipton Townships in Cass County and part of Peru Township in Miami County. We are a group of 33 dedicated individuals who protect the community during fires, traffic accidents, and medical emergencies.
